Deal Brings the 100,000 SF, Wilmington, MA Property to Near Full Occupancy

Scarborough, ME - Brian A. Gagne, Executive Vice President of Acquisitions and Development for The RAM Companies, announced today the signing of The Warner Babcock Institute for Green Chemistry, LLC to 38,615 square feet at 100 Research Drive Commerce Center in Wilmington, Massachusetts. RAM was represented by Dan Collins of Newmark Knight Frank in the transaction. Warner Babcock was represented by Stephen Murphy of CBRE, Lynch Murphy Walsh Advisors.

The Warner Babcock Institute for Green Chemistry is dedicated to the development of non toxic, environmentally benign and sustainable technological solutions for society. Of the tenant, Brian Gagne noted, 'We are pleased to have Warner Babcock join Bausch & Lomb and Aerial Acoustics at our property".

The RAM Companies purchased the property in 2007 and has since made substantial upgrades including landscape, parking lot, and interior work.
