RAM Signs Ameriprise Financial to Long-Term Lease at Centervale Farm

Scarborough, ME – Todd J. Goldenfarb, Vice President of Acquisitions and Development for The RAM Companies, announced today the signing of Ameriprise Financial at Centervale Farm in Scarborough, Maine. RAM was represented by Malone Commerical Brokers in the transaction.

Ameriprise has signed a long term lease for approximately 3,100 square feet of space at the landmark property in Scarborough. Ameriprise is a growing financial planning organization whose services include banking, investments, insurance, and other financial solutions. Of the transaction, Todd Goldenfarb said, “We are very pleased that Amerprise has chosen to join our already strong group of tenants at Centervale.
